What is ‘GamingOwl’?
In short, GamingOwl is a website made by a PlayStation gamer, for gamers of all tastes. Although I’m mainly a PlayStation gamer myself, it does not mean I don’t like other consoles (like the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii), and that I won’t be reporting news from those particular platforms. I’ve put in some serious gaming hours on both the PS3 and Xbox 360, and have come to love the unique features each of them offer. So if there’s anything you’re not going to see on GamingOwl, it’s bias towards other consoles.
Why is the site called ‘GamingOwl’?
Being the late night gamer I am, I’ve always fallen asleep during the daytime after a long night of gaming on my PlayStation 3. After doing this for about month or so, I was given the nickname ‘Night Owl’. After thinking about the nickname I’ve decided to spin it, and turn it into GamingOwl.
What is our goal?
Although gaming is a passion of many gamers throughout the world, we here at GamingOwl, want to reach new heights. To be the best source of gaming news out there. We’re not taking anything for granted and will continue to bring gaming news as quickly and efficiently as possible, while remaining clear understandable – even to non-gamers who might have stumbled upon this site through a Google search result.
